Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an integrated flow-variable drilling and punching nozzle which is mounted on a drilling bit and comprises a nozzle body (7). An inner hexagonal nozzle water outlet is formed in the front part of the nozzle body; an outer thread (8) is formed in the external part of the nozzle body; a nozzle radial water inlet (9) is formed in the middle of the nozzle body; an inner clamp spring clamping groove is formed in the rear part of the nozzle body; a cylindrical inner clamp spring (11) is clamped in the inner clamp spring clamping groove; a water jet piston is positioned in a cylindrical inner cavity of the nozzle body and is tightly matched with the cylindrical inner cavity; a hollow nozzle water jet passageway (10) is arranged in the water jet piston; a spiral spring sleeves the thin part at the front end of the water jet piston and is mounted in the cylindrical inner cavity of the nozzle body. The integrated flow-variable drilling and punching nozzle can realize layer-penetration drilling construction and hydraulic power punching, adopted the integrated drilling bit, can meet the demands of cooling the drilling bit and discharging slag during low hydraulic pressure drilling construction, forms high pressure water jet for punching during punching through high-hydraulic-pressure hydraulic power, simplifies the hydraulic power punching technology, and improves the construction efficiency.
