The warp feeding roller is characterized in that with the central axis of the warp feeding roller serving as the central line, a plurality of cylinder holes are uniformly formed in the warp feeding roller, and central axes of the cylinder holes are parallel to the central axis of the warp feeding roller; a plurality of roller micropores are uniformly formed in the surface of the warp feeding roller and are communicated with the cylinder holes; the warp feeding roller further comprises a plurality of cylindrical water storage cylinders matched with the cylinder holes, the cross-section radius of each cylindrical water storage cylinder is smaller than that of each cylinder hole, and a plurality of cylinder micropores are uniformly formed in the surface of each water storage cylinder and communicated with a hollow inner cavity of the water storage cylinder. The water storage cylinders after water injection are loaded into the cylinder holes, water passes through the cylinder micropores in the water storage cylinders and the roller micropores in the warp feeding roller sequentially and reaches the surface of the warp feeding roller, so that the surface of the warp feeding roller becomes wet, then when warp is conveyed, phenomena such as disorder, knotting, yarn breaking and the like caused by the fact that warp yarn deviates from the original conveying path due to the electrostatic action are eliminated, the outage factor caused by the phenomena is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the quality of cylinder woven fabric is improved. |
