Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a manufacturing method and applications of a water-based inorganic silicon-phosphorus resin zinc-rich antirust coating material. The manufacturing method comprises that: an inorganic silicate acts with phosphoric acid at a room temperature to carry out a condensation polymerization reaction so as to generate an inorganic silicon-phosphorus resin adopted as the base binder of an antirust coating material, electrochemical antirust zinc powder is added so as to produce an inorganic zinc-rich antirust coating material, the coating material is brushed or sprayed on the surface of a cleaned iron and steel device, self-curing is performed at a room temperature, the active group of the coating material and the iron atom on the iron and steel surface are chemically bonded to form an antirust film for protecting iron and steel, and if a layer of a chlorinated rubber or polyurethane top coat is additionally coated on the surface, the excellent long-acting iron and steel antirust coating material can be obtained. Compared with the market common epoxy zinc-rich antirust coating material, the coating material of the present invention has characteristics of aging resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, environmental protection, no pollution, and the like. |
