Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a lifting library for storing inner and outer rings. The lifting library comprises a frame, a stepper motor, a ball screw, a slide sleeve and a library, wherein the stepper motor is arranged at the top end of the frame; the ball screw is vertically arranged on the frame, and is connected with the stepper motor through a coupling to drive forward and reverse rotation; the slide sleeve coats the ball screw; and the library is fixed on the slide sleeve, and vertically moves along with the slide sleeve. The lifting library adopts the stepper motor to drive the ball screw, is sensitive in action, smooth in operation and accurate in travel control, uses the motor for direct transmission, and is small in volume and convenient for installation.
