Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an installing and jacking method for an internal-climbing tower crane supported by a structural beam. The installing and jacking method for the internal-climbing tower crane supported by the structural beam comprises the steps that the concrete structural beam of a core cylinder structure is used as a supporting component of the internal-climbing tower crane; an H-shaped supporting steel beam is arranged on the concrete structural beam of the core cylinder structure, and an internal-climbing tower crane base is fixed to the H-shaped supporting steel beam through high-strength bolts; and jacking of the internal-climbing tower crane is completed through a hydraulic oil cylinder in the rising process of the internal-climbing tower crane. According to the installing and jacking method for the internal-climbing tower crane supported by the structural beam, an existing structure is effectively used, no bracket needs to be embedded in an elevator shaft or no hole needs to be formed in the elevator shaft, operation is conducted on a structural beam plate, and thus the safety is effectively guaranteed; material investment for embedded parts is small, post processing does not need to be conducted after the buried concrete structural beam is used, and the structural beam serves as the force bearing component of a crane body; calculation can be conducted according to the bearing force of the beam, and a back shore can be arranged under the beam for reinforcement if the requirement cannot be met, and processing is convenient; jacking of the tower crane and operation of the H-shaped supporting steel beam are both conducted on the floor surface, operation is more convenient and faster, and potential safety hazards are reduced. |
