Welding rod fast counting control system

The invention provides a welding rod fast counting control system. According to the counting control system, a welding rod conveying mechanism conveys welding rods to a sensor platform, a sensor located on the sensor platform produces a signal, the signal is transmitted to a counting processing device, after the counting processing device conducts counting on the signal, comparison with a set value is conducted, and a processed result is transmitted to a PLC according to the ratio; meanwhile, the number of the welding rods is displayed on a counting display, and the PLC sends a control signal to a timer or a motor driver according to the result. A mode of combining the sensor platform and the PLC is adopted, counting of the welding rods is more guaranteed, and the accuracy rate of welding rod counting is greatly increased; the welding rod fast counting control system has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to apply, accurate in counting, high in packing efficiency and the like.
