Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method and device for conducting 3D printing directly with liquid metal and belongs to the technical field of metal material machining and manufacturing. The device comprises a molten metal supplying system and a liquid metal printing motion and control system. The molten metal supplying system comprises a high-temperature liquid metal container, a liquid metal conduit, a liquid metal nozzle and the like. Liquid metal is led out of the high-temperature liquid metal container through the ceramic conduit into the liquid metal nozzle. The liquid metal nozzle is fixed. A component to be printed is placed on a platform, capable of moving in the X-axis, the Y-axis and the Z-axis, of the liquid metal printing motion and control system, and printing forming is achieved layer by layer. A liquid metal printing head is matched with a flow-state gypsum printing head, and printing gypsum serves as a support when transverse extension is required during metal material printing. By the adoption of the device, complicated metal component machining efficiency can be improved, product design can be optimized, and production cost can be reduced. |
