Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a multi-metal body catalyst with a layer structure. The catalyst is applied to ultra-deep hydro-desulfurization and is composed of at least one metal from the VIII group, one divalent metal, one trivalent metal, and at least two metals from the VIB group. The catalyst is characterized by being composed of the following components (calculated in the form of oxides) in percentage by weight: 1 to 50 wt% of VIII metal, 1 to 50% of VIB metal, 1 to 50 wt% of divalent metal, and 1 to 50 wt% of trivalent metal. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the catalyst and applications thereof. The provided catalyst can be applied to hydro-desulfurization of diesel fraction containing 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene, and has an extremely-high hydro-desulfurization activity, the ultra-deep desulfurization is achieved, and the catalyst cost is reduced by introducing cheap divalent metal and trivalent metal. |
