The invention relates to an electric hair dryer with a humidifying function. The electric hair dryer comprises a hair dryer body (10), a handle (20) and a control switch (90); a heating assembly (30), a motor (40) and blades (50) driven by the motor (40) are installed in the hair dryer body (10); the front and the back of the hair dryer body (10) are provided with an air inlet (11) and an air outlet (12) respectively. The electric hair dryer further comprises a humidifying assembly (60) which is detachably connected with the hair dryer body (10), the interior of the hair dryer body (10) is divided into two zones, namely, an air heating chamber (101) and a humidifying channel (102), the hair dryer body (10) is provided with a humidifying nozzle (68), and the humidifying assembly (60) is communicated with the humidifying channel (102) through the humidifying nozzle (68). By means of the electric hair dryer with the humidifying function, good comfort can be brought to a user, and the defect that an existing electric hair dryer causes damage to hairs is effectively overcome.
