Zusammenfassung:	A horizontal, cylindrical double-shelled tank (2A) comprises an inner tank (3) having an inner tank base (31) and an inner tank dome (32), and an outer tank (4) having an outer tank base (41) and an outer tank dome (42). A variable member (5) is integrated into the outer tank dome (42), and a first constraining mechanism (6) and a second constraining mechanism (7) are disposed, respectively, between the inner dome (32) and a movable section (42A) of the outer dome (42), and the inner dome (32) and a fixed section (42B) of the outer dome (42). The first constraining mechanism (6) allows the inner tank dome (32) to shrink and constrains relative displacement between the movable section (42A) of the outer tank dome (42) and the inner dome (32) in a specified direction. The second constraining mechanism (7) allows the inner tank dome (32) to shrink and the inner tank dome (32) to move in relation to the fixed section (42B) of the outer tank dome (42) in the specified direction and constrains the movement of the inner tank dome (32) in the radial direction.
