Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a case file transferring method and system based on optical positioning. The method comprises the following steps: partitioning a case-handling area into a plurality of regions, and mounting one or more video monitoring cameras in each region; mounting illumination lamps in the regions in the case-handling area, wherein illumination spectrums of the lamps corresponding to the regions are different; when objects enter lamp illumination regions, receiving and identifying light signals by optical sensors worn by the objects, resolving identity recognition information of the lamps according to the spectrums, and determining positions of the objects according to the obtained identity recognition information; and splicing all video monitoring data fragments of the objects in a certain time interval into an object track video file according to a time sequence to serve as a case file to be transferred. Through adoption of the case file transferring method and system, management of the case-handling area can be more refined. Personnel flow tables within a time interval from entrance of the objects into the case-handling area to leaving from the case-handling area and complete track video data of the objects are generated automatically, and optical discs are further burned automatically, thereby realizing rapid transfer of case files, and increasing the working efficiency. |
