The invention discloses a wireless communication device, a wireless communication method and a power amplifier thereof. The wireless communication device comprises the power amplifier and an antenna; the power amplifier comprises first and second power amplification paths and first and second matching modules; the first and second power amplification paths are used for respectively receiving first and second input signals; the first matching module comprises a first input end variable load and a first phase adjusting circuit and is used for adjusting the magnitude and the phase of the first input signal and outputting a first output signal; the second matching module comprises a second input end variable load and a second phase adjusting circuit and is used for adjusting the magnitude and the phase of the second input signal and outputting a second output signal; and the antenna is coupled to the power amplifier and used for transmitting the first output signal and/or the second output signal.
