Auxiliary power converter for railway vehicle

The invention provides an auxiliary power converter for a railway vehicle. The auxiliary power converter comprises an input filter module used for filtering an input three-phase power supply; a pre-charge and rectifier module used for converting the filtered input three-phase power supply into a DC320V direct current voltage; an intelligent power inversion module used for inverting the converted DC320V direct current voltage into an AC 230V60Hz output power supply; a sine filter module used for filtering the AC 230V60Hz output power supply through an LC circuit; and a control module used for providing a DC24V contactor pull-in power supply to the pre-charge and rectifier module, providing a DC110V working power supply of the intelligent power inversion module, providing a startup working signal to the intelligent power inversion module by compiling a main program and an interruption program and receiving and processing a fault signal fed back by the intelligent power inversion module. According to the auxiliary power converter provided by the invention, the three-phase power supply input is converted into single-phase power supply output, the problem that an existing ordinary frequency converter only has single-phase power supply input and single-phase power supply output, and the application requirements of electric appliances on suburban railway vehicles are satisfied. The frequency converter is controlled by a singlechip, monitors the working state in real time and has multiple protection functions.
