Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low voltage reactive compensation device and a low voltage reactive compensation system. The low voltage reactive compensation device comprises main switches (3), a star-shaped unbalanced capacitance compensation circuit (4) and an angular balance capacitance compensation circuit (5). The angular balance capacitance compensation circuit (5) is connected with A phase, B phase and C phase of three-phase alternating current through three main switches (3). One end of the star-shaped unbalanced capacitance compensation circuit (4) is connected with A phase, B phase and C phase of three-phase alternating current through three main switches (3). The other end is connected with a zero line. According to the low voltage reactive compensation device and the low voltage reactive compensation system, the problem of substandard electrical energy delivery in the prior art is overcome, and substandard electrical energy reactive compensation is realized.
