The method comprises the following steps: a distribution network reads main network information; models are merged and reconstructed to match flow; alarm information is integrated; an alarm model is constructed; safety assessment and intelligent analysis are conducted; comprehensive intelligent alarm is generated; and auxiliary recovery control decisions are automatically made. The method employs comprehensive safety state estimation technology, intelligent fault alarm technology, auxiliary decision making technology and the like, finds fault information of the distribution network automatically in real time, merges, analyzes and processes alarm information effectively, and instructs related persons of the distribution network to make correct decisions to ensure safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.
