Reclose forced interlocking device with dual protection and operation method thereof

The present invention relates to a reclose forced interlocking device with dual protection for controlling a transformer station and an operation method thereof. The reclose forced interlocking device with dual protection for controlling a transformer station comprises a cabinet body, an operation panel arranged at the front of the cabinet body, an isolation switch installed in the cabinet body, and a breaker. The operation panel is provided with an earthing knife-switch operating handle; a voltage sensor is arranged at line side of a control cabinet; the output end of the voltage sensor is in parallel with a voltage display and a magnetic lock, and the voltage display and the magnetic lock are located at one side of the earthing knife-switch operating handle; the magnetic lock is controlled by two parallel relays; and the two relays are influenced by a power supply at the line side and a trip counting circuit. According to the reclose forced interlocking device, the electrification prompting of a line side is realized and at the same time the number of closing times of the breaker is monitored, and when the line side is uncharged and the number of safe closing tines is used up, the earthing knife function of the line is forcedly closed, therefore potential risks are thoroughly eliminated, personal isolation is ensured and safe work requirement of a breaker is satisfied.
