The second arc-extinguishing device (4b) is provided with a plurality of first arc-extinguishing grid sheets (43) with the same width, and a second arc-extinguishing grid sheet (45) which is disposed above the first arc-extinguishing grid sheets (43), wherein the width of the second arc-extinguishing grid sheet (45) is less than the width of the first arc-extinguishing grid sheets (43).
