Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a method for real estate transaction. The method is applied to at least one network server. The network server includes a central processing unit and at least one real estate database. Based on the method and the real estate database, the network server can provide real estate transaction information or at least a command to a client through the Internet. The method includes: on the basis of one access request of the user client, determining at least one real estate transaction object and at least one geographical scope information of the real estate transaction object in the real estate database; instructing the user client to acquire at least the information of one map related with the geographical location of the real estate transaction object; and instructing the map information of the geographical scope to combine with the information of the related map so that the user client can obtain the geographical scope of the real estate transaction object on a map.
