The method provided by an embodiment of the invention comprises: obtaining oral data of a user; and according to the oral data of the user and attribute data of the user, obtaining pushing information, so that the pushing information can be provided for the user. By considering the oral data of the user, the pushing information is obtained, so that the pushing information provided for the user basically meets a current oral condition of the user, the problem of an increase in data interaction between an application and a query engine caused by repeated search operations performed by a user through the application in the prior art can be avoided, and the processing burden of the query engine is reduced.
