Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a touch screen preparation method, a touch screen and a display device. A touch control electrode is first formed on a color film substrate; an orientation film is then formed on the color substrate with the touch control electrode; and at last, the color film substrate and a pre-formed array substrate are combined. The touch control electrode is formed between the formation of the orientation film and liquid crystal perfusion, so no effects are caused to features of the orientation film and liquid crystal molecules no matter how high temperature is required for the touch control electrode technology; and effects on the liquid crystal molecule and the orientation film can be avoided when touch control electrode performance is guaranteed.
