Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for measuring the strontium isotope ratios of samples at different positions of a strawberry tree and authenticating producing areas of waxberries. The method comprises the steps that the samples at the different positoisn of the strawberry tree are weighed out and pretreated, after microwave digestion, the samples are purified through strontium special resin, strontium samples are obtained through elution, and a heat surface ionization mass spectrometer is used for detection to obtain the strontium isotope ratios of the strontium samples. A correlation distribution diagram can be made according to the strontium isotope ratios of the samples at the same positions of different producing areas, and used for authenticating the producing area condition of strawberry tree samples with unknown producing areas. The heat surface ionization mass spectrometer is used for fast measuring the strontium isotope ratios of the samples at the different positions of the strawberry tree for the first time, the ratios are natural fingerprints of the strawberry tree and do not change along with changes of a chemical addition agent, and scientific, independent and immutable identity identification information along with flowing of a whole food chain can be provided for waxberry source tracing, and the method is stable and reliable. Especially the difference between products within a large area range can be effectively extinguished. |
