Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an integral vulcanization nonmetal expansion joint and a manufacturing technology thereof. The expansion joint comprises a fluororubber layer, an aramid fiber mesh fabric layer, a fluororubber layer, a 304 stainless steel mesh layer, a fluororubber layer, an aramid fiber mesh fabric layer and a fluororubber layer, which are sequentially bonded from the inside to the outside. The technology comprises: (1), mixing raw fluororubber with a rubber compounding agent into a fluororubber body through a rubber mixing mill; (2), adding an organic solvent and a coupling agent into the fluororubber body and agitating into fluororubber latex; (3), coating the surface of gray fabric with the fluororubber latex, and preparing a non-metal expansion joint coarse material; (4), carrying out integral vulcanization treatment; and (5), carrying out finish machining molding on the non-metal expansion joint coarse material subjected to vulcanization treatment. Compared with the prior art, the nonmetal expansion joint has the advantages of being reasonable in technical design, simple in product structure, great in high temperature resistance, strong in corrosion resistance capability, high in strength, convenient to mount and long in service life. |
