Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a vacuum ceramic suction disc. The vacuum ceramic suction disc comprises a worktable provided with a concave table, a split base arranged in the concave table, a suction disc base body layer arranged on the worktable and the split base, a suction disc working layer, a first outer ring structure arranged on the edge of the worktable in a sleeving mode and a second outer ring structure in clamped connection with the first outer ring structure and arranged on the suction disc working layer and the suction disc base body layer in a sleeving mode, wherein the split base and the worktable are located in the same plane, the suction disc base body layer comprises a first portion with first radius and a second portion with second radius, the first radius is smaller than the second radius, and the suction disc working layer is arranged at the first portion. Vacuum connector connecting holes penetrating through the worktable are formed in the concave table, first vacuum holes corresponding to the vacuum connector connecting holes are formed in the split base, and the suction disc base body layer is provided with multiple second vacuum holes penetrating through the suction disc base body layer. By the adoption of the scheme, the stability and working efficiency of a device are improved.
