Processing technology of well drilling wastes

The invention discloses a processing technology of well drilling wastes, which comprises the steps that at the S1 step, one end of a well mouth is connected to an entrance end of a solid control vibration screen, and the other end of the well mouth is connected to a circulating tank; at the step S2, waste drilling chips generated in well drilling operations are processed; at the step S3, waste mud generated in the well drilling operations is processed; at the step S4, waste mud generated after the well drilling operations is processed; and at the step S5, a curing agent is added into a stirring machine, wherein rock chips B, rock chips C, rock chips D and the curing agent are mixed by stirring of the stirring machine, and the stirred mixture is conveyed by a conveying machine I into a brick press and then made into mold bricks. The processing technology of the well drilling wastes disclosed by the invention is beneficial in that the well drilling wastes can be fully circulated and utilized, and the processing technology is economic, environment-friendly and low in operation cost.
