The adjusting structure comprises a top base fixed to machine feet. A perpendicular cylindrical bearing block is fixed to a center through hole of the top base, the main shaft is installed in the bearing block through a bearing, a gear is fixed to the upper end of the main shaft, an upper-dial installation base is fixed to the lower end of the main shaft, an adjusting base is arranged between the bearing block and the top base and arranged outside the bearing block in a sleeving mode, and the adjusting base and the top base are fixed through an adjusting bolt. According to the adjusting structure, as the bearing block is fixedly connected with the top base through the adjusting base, and the adjusting base and the top base are fixed through the adjusting bolt, when time effectiveness deviation of the circular weft knitting machine appears, the coaxiality and the perpendicularity of the main shaft can be easily adjusted by adjusting the adjusting bolt, great convenience is brought to adjustment of the main shaft accordingly, and the time effectiveness deviation problem of the circular weft knitting machine can be rapidly and effectively solved.
