The electro-coating system comprises a washing device, a conveyor belt, an electrophoresis tank, a blow-drying chamber and a support frame. The washing device is arranged at the lower end of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is arranged between the washing device and the electrophoresis tank. The electrophoresis tank is arranged at the front end of the blow-drying chamber. The blow-drying chamber is arranged at the right upper end of the support frame. The support frame is arranged outside a novel electro-coating device. According to the electro-coating system, the washing device and the blow-drying chamber of the electro-coating device are arranged, so that the use ratio of common washing of an original part and a product is improved, and wasting of resources is avoided. The production cost is reduced. The drying effect and the production efficiency are improved. |
