Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an aluminum-based high-temperature self-lubrication bearing material with tungsten diselenide added. The aluminum-based high-temperature self-lubrication bearing material is prepared from, by weight, 85-90 parts of aluminum, 5-8 parts of zinc, 2-3 parts of neodymium, 2-3 parts of magnesium, 0.5-1 part of yttrium, 3-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 0.8-1.5 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.6-1 part of methylcellulose, 1-1.5 parts of graphite, 1.2-1.6 parts of kieselguhr, 0.4-0.6 part of tungsten diselenide, 0.7-0.9 part of calcium carbonate and an appropriate amount of oleic acid. The prepared bearing material is good in self-lubrication performance, excellent in structural rigidity, hardness, anti-fatigue performance and tensile strength performance, and is suitable for high-temperature abrasion environments. |
