The bearing material is prepared from, by weight, 85-90 parts of aluminum, 5-8 parts of zinc, 3-4 parts of sulfur, 1-2 parts of silver, 0.5-1 part of zirconium, 3-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 0.8-1.5 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.6-1 part of methylcellulose, 1-1.5 parts of graphite, 0.8-1.2 parts of magnesium hypophosphite, 0.4-0.6 part of bismuth oxide, 0.6-0.8 part of alums and an appropriate amount of oleic acid. The bearing material is reasonable in formula, and the prepared bearing material is high in strength, high in pressure bearing capacity, compact in structure, good in microstructure, excellent in rigidity, hardness, anti-fatigue performance, tensile strength and other performance, long in service life, small in environment pollution, simple in production step, high in efficiency and worthy of popularization. |
