Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of accurate inactivation of fish vaccines, and in particular relates to an accurate inactivation method for maintaining antigen immune protective efficiency of edwardsiella spp and a vaccine inactivated by the accurate inactivation method. According to the method, an accurate inactivation model for the edwardsiella spp employing formalin as an inactivator is built according to the influences of the concentration, the inactivation temperature and the inactivation time of different inactivators on the inactivation effect. According to the accurate model, accurate parameters, namely accurate combination of the inactivator concentration, the inactivation temperature and the inactivation time selected under the conditions that the inactivator is the formalin of which the concentration is lower than 2%, the temperature is 0-100 DEG C and the inactivation time range is 10 minutes to 48 hours, for achieving effective inactivation on the edwardsiella spp and maintaining the antigen immune protective efficiency are determined; accurate inactivation on the edwardsiella spp is achieved; and the accurate inactivation method is used for preparing the inactivated vaccine of the edwardsiella spp. |
