Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a clean diesel oil additive, a clean diesel oil and a preparation method thereof. The clean diesel oil additive is prepared by the following raw materials by weight: 10.0-110.0 parts of a cleaning agent, 2.0-22.0 parts of a catalyst, 2.0-22.0 parts of a stabilizing agent, 0.1-2.1 parts of an antioxidant, 0.1-4.1 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, and 0.1-8.1 parts of a cetane number improver. The clean diesel oil comprises 10-50 wt.% of clean diesel oil additive and the balance of vehicle diesel oil (common diesel oil, ship fuel oil). The clean diesel oil does not discharge black smoke in idling, rapid acceleration, acceleration and deceleration of compression ignition engine, has smoke intensity reduced by 85%-98%, and can greatly reduce the emission of exhaust pollutants.
