Non-solvent water-resistant special anticorrosive coating and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a non-solvent water-resistant special anticorrosive coating, including a low viscosity liquid epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, a rutile titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, glass bead, barite powder, barium sulfate, and assistants including an active diluent, an anti-settling agent, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent and an anti-sagging agent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: sending the rutile titanium dioxide, barium sulfate and barite powder to a stirred tank for high-speed dispersion; adding anti-sagging wax powder when the temperature in the kettle is 60-70 DEG C, and thoroughly mixing. According to the invention, the solvent-free water-resistant special anticorrosive coating and the curing agent are mixed for usage (a blending ratio of 10:1). The non-solvent water-resistant special anticorrosive coating provided by the invention is safe and environment-friendly, has obviously enhanced physical, chemical and application properties compared with the existing non-solvent coating; and the coating film has dry surface without heating in 10 min, and cures in 2 h. The coating is mostly applicable to coating on moist concrete and steel surfaces.
