| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for purifying a monoclonal antibody of a tumor necrosis factor alpha through affinity chromatography. According to the method, protein A is adopted as a chromatography filler; a variable-speed loading mode is used during a loading stage; and dynamic capacity of the filler is fully utilized. An average loading speed is increased; the whole loading time is shortened; and the recovery rate and product purity can reach more than 90%. The efficiency of the whole process is improved, and the cost is reduced. The method is suitable for industrial mass production of the antibody. |
