Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technetium Tc labeled polyamino phosphonic acid system taking triethylene tetramine as a skeleton. The polyamino phosphonic acid system is characterized by being prepared through reaction between TT-MAP shown in the general formula (I) (shown the description) and taking triethylene tetramine as the skeleton and a Na99mTcO4 solution under the existence of a reducing agent (such as SnCl2), and in the general formula (I), all Rs mutually independently are CH2PO3H2 or H on the premise that at least two Rs are methylene phosphonic acid namely CH2PO3H2; the invention further provides a preparation method and application of the system to skeletal system disease SPECT imaging in diagnosis.
