Preparation method of flexible asphalt pavement material

The invention relates to a preparation method of a flexible asphalt pavement material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the required raw materials in percentage by weight; (2) adding coarse aggregates and mineral powder into a stirring pot, uniformly stirring, adding water to wet, adding emulsified asphalt, uniformly stirring, pouring the mixture to an iron pan, paving the mixture according to the thickness of 1cm-2cm, and baking at 60 DEG C for 30 minutes, so as to finish the primary pre-coating of the coarse aggregates; (3) re-pouring the coarse aggregates into the stirring pot after the primary pre-coating, adding emulsified asphalt, uniformly stirring, pouring the coarse aggregates to the iron pan, paving the coarse aggregates according to the thickness of 1cm-2cm, and standing at the normal temperature for 1 hour, so as to finish the secondary pre-coating of the coarse aggregates; and (4) adding fine aggregates, cement and mineral powder into the stirring pot, uniformly stirring, adding water to wet, adding residual emulsified asphalt, uniformly stirring, adding the coarse aggregates which is subjected to secondary pre-coating into the stirring pot, and stirring. The flexible asphalt pavement material prepared by virtue of the preparation method has the advantage of high early strength.
