Folding box adhesion device provided with packing device and control method thereof

The invention relates to a folding box adhesion device provided with a packing device and a control method thereof. The method comprises: a) producing folding boxes in the folding box adhesion device; b)continuously conveying the folding boxes through a packing device in a folding box flow; c) monitoring pattern design printed on the folding boxes,that is, monitoring printed pattern on each folding box conveyed to the packing device via a detection device; d) automatically packing the folding box in a container, if detecting the pattern design changes in the step c), then separating the convey flow of the folding box in the step d), then preparing a new container for the folding boxes with changed pattern design. The device is composed of the folding box adhesion device and the packing device, wherein the packing device includes a conveying device I, a conveying device II, a container conveying device and the detection device. The device can continuously produce and pack the folding boxes with the same specification and different pattern designs with no need of alignment for mannual classification or reducing machine efficiency.
