Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a semi-automatic loading system of windshield glass of an automobile. The semi-automatic loading system comprises a control table, an automobile body positioning device, an automobile window frame positioning device and a loading device, wherein the automobile window frame positioning device comprises a panel and a plurality of laser pointers and a first camera which are arranged on the lower surface of the panel, wherein rays projected by the laser pointers are perpendicular to a first plane consisting of four vertexes of an automobile window frame, and light spots projected by the laser pointers are positioned at the edge of the automobiel window frame, and the automobile window frame positioning device also comprises a second camera arranged above an automobile body. A semi-automatic loading method of the windshield glass of the automobile comprises the steps of positioning of an automobile body, positioning of the automobile window frame, primary positioning and fine tuning of the windshield glass, and loading and fine tuning of the windshield glass. Only one common worker is needed to operate in the loading process without the help of manpower. The semi-automatic loading system and loading method disclosed by the invention have the advantages of low cost, low labor intensity, high efficiency, accurate loading and the like.
