The invention provides a punching machine for rubber mat machining. The punching machine comprises a rocker arm, a transmission connecting rod, a sliding block, a rotating shaft, a main frame, a base and a combined die. The upper end of the main frame is connected with the rotating shaft. A supporting plate is arranged in the middle of the main frame. A sliding way is arranged in the supporting plate. A lining seat is arranged at the lower end of the main frame. The rocker arm is connected to one end of the supporting plate through a hinge. One end of the transmission connecting rod is hinged to the rocker arm, and the other end of the transmission connecting rod is hinged to the rotating shaft. The transmission connecting rod is further connected with the sliding block which is placed in the sliding way. A screw rod is arranged below the sliding block, and the screw rod is connected to an upper die in an inserted manner through a jackscrew. A lower die is fixed to the lining seat. The main frame is fixed to the base through a bolt. An upper elasticity die releasing device is arranged at the concaved position, corresponding to the convex edge outlet face of the lower die, of the upper die, and a lower elasticity die releasing device is arranged at the concaved position, corresponding to the convex edge outlet face of the upper die, of the lower die. According to the technical scheme, operation is safe, use is convenient, and the punching machine is advanced to a certain degree; and the product quality can be effectively controlled, and the production efficiency can be improved.
