Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a numerical-control disk saw for cutting a sample. The numerical-control disk saw comprises a cutting platform, a saw blade and a clamping platform, wherein the cutting platform and the clamping platform are provided with an X-direction feeding mechanism capable of driving the cutting platform and the clamping platform to synchronously move; the clamping platform is further provided with a Y-direction feeding mechanism capable of driving the clamping mechanism to move; a long and narrow rail groove allowing the saw blade to advance is formed in the cutting platform, and the upper end point of the saw blade is higher than the surface of the cutting platform; a clamping component is further arranged on the clamping platform, and a compression component is arranged on the cutting platform; and a workpiece to be cut is conveyed by the clamping platform to the position between the compression component and the cutting platform to be fixed. The numerical-control disk saw has the beneficial effects that the cutting process is controlled through a digital system, automatic feeding is achieved, the influences of human factors are eliminated, the cutting precision is high, and the machining quality is stable; a clamp is used for clamping the workpiece, a pressure beam presses the workpiece, and the small-size sample can be cut; and manual operation during cutting is not needed, labor intensity of a person is reduced, and the noise and dust harm to an operator is reduced. |
