Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a technology for recycling tailings through the process of weak magnetism concentration, roasting and regrinding magnetic separation. The technology is characterized by comprising the steps of magnetic separation, a first-stage ore grinding, magnetic separation and weak magnetism concentration, wherein second-stage cylindrical magnetic separation concentration is selected, second-stage ore grinding is carried out, then the front four stages of weak magnetic separation technology is adopted for concentration extraction and tailing abandon, qualified coarse concentrate is obtained in advance, and thus the quality of ore entering the roasting operation is reduced; suspension roasting is adopted, it can be ensured that micro-fine particle hematite, siderite and limonite in the coarse concentrate materials are converted into magnetic iron materials at the temperature of 500-600 DEG C in a suspension magnetization roasting furnace; and meanwhile, multi-stage concentration is carried out through three stages of ore grinding and rear four stages of wheal magnetic separation, and thus the good indexes with the concentrate grade higher than 64% and the metal recycling rate higher than 55% are obtained.
