Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite biological purification material capable of removing heavy metal ions. The preparation method comprises the following steps: inoculating cadmium-resistant bacteria S5 into a majorized solid for culture, carrying out low-temperature drying, grinding and sieving in sequence after culture, carrying out high-temperature treatment under the protection of inertial gas, cooling to the room temperature to obtain cadmium-removing activated charcoal, taking the cadmium-removing activated charcoal as a carrier to prepare various heavy metal-removing activated charcoal loading nano-iron and nano-zinc, namely, the composite biological purification material. According to the preparation method, as a spore biomass prepared from cadmium-resistant bacteria S5 and the composite biological purification material in a certain dosage range can well remove various heavy metal ions from an aqueous solution, and the removal rate can reach up to 99 percent or higher, the composite biological purification material can serve as a purifying material for removing various heavy metal pollution of a single heavy metal, cadmium, antimony, chromium, copper and manganese in low-concentration water. |
