Preparation method of concrete hollow fiber membrane capable of being used as support

The invention relates to a preparation method of a concrete hollow fiber membrane capable of being used as a support. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly, screening cement clinker through a 200-mesh sieve to obtain cement powder with the particle size being 0.1 to 10mum, and then preparing a polymer solution; adding the screened cement powder into the polymer solution, and stirring to disperse the cement powder uniformly to obtain a casting membrane solution; standing and performing defoaming treatment on the casting membrane solution, then squeezing out through a spinning nozzle under the effect of nitrogen pressure, enabling the casting membrane solution to enter a coagulating bath to obtain a concrete hollow fiber membrane green body, and soaking the green body in water, so that on one hand, an organic solvent can be fully dissolved into water, and on the other hand, cement can be cured and hardened to have intensity; after soaking for 1 to 28 days, obtaining the concrete hollow fiber membrane capable of being used as the support. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process without needing expensive equipment and sintering, and the prepared concrete hollow fiber membrane has a macroporous structure and is capable of being used as the support of the hollow fiber membrane.
