Plasma reaction device and method for treating organic waste gases

The invention discloses a plasma reaction device and a plasma reaction method for treating organic waste gases. The reaction device comprises a quartz tube body provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, wherein a grounded copper electrode is arranged on the outer wall of the quartz tube body. The reaction device also comprises a discharge electrode and multiple ultraviolet lamps, wherein the discharge electrode is arranged at the axis of the quartz tube body and is externally connected with a high voltage power supply; the surface of the discharge electrode is coated with a photocatalytic material with response of ultraviolet light so as to serve as a medium; and the ultraviolet lamps are arranged around a photocatalytic electrode. According to the device and method disclosed by the invention, plasma and high-energy electrons and other various free radicals generated in the photocatalysis process are utilized, organic waste gas molecules are oxidized into carbon dioxide and water, a TiO2 catalyst is arranged on the discharge electrode, aerosol can be effectively inhibited to be deposited on the electrode, and an electrode self-cleaning effect is achieved.
