Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of environment pollution control and particularly discloses a method for desulphurization and dust removal through bioprotein ionic membrane liquid. The method includes the following steps that firstly, boiler flue gas enters a processing device and fully makes contact with a mixed liquid of an ion protein liquid membrane, Na2CO3 and NaOH for reaction; secondly, the purified flue gas is dehydrated through a demister and then exhausted to the atmosphere; thirdly, the mixed liquid subjected to desulphurization and dust removal flows into a settlement pond, supernatant overflows into a circulating pond and reacts with lime milk, and Na2CO3 and the bioprotein ionic membrane liquid are supplemented in the circulating pond and are pumped into the processing device to continue desulphurization and dust removal. Compared with various existing desulphurization and dust removal technologies, processing efficiency is high, the desulphurization rate is as high as 95%, and dust removal efficiency is as high as 99%. Besides, the technology is easy to operate, can effectively prevent the interior of a tower from scaling, the liquid-gas ratio is small, desulphurization and dust removal are integrated, operation cost is low, the self-control degree is high, the method is applicable to large-scale and small-scale boiler flue gas, and industrialization is easy.
