The invention relates to a pushing and lifting device of a mahjong machine. The pushing and lifting device comprises a tile pushing mechanism and a tile lifting mechanism. The tile pushing mechanism and the tile lifting mechanism are mounted on a framework, the tile pushing mechanism comprises a pushing plate, two rotary rods and turntables, the two rotary rods are symmetrically fixed onto the framework and can axially rotate, rotary plates are fixed to the tops of the rotary rods, the ends of the rotary plates are slidably connected with the pushing plate, pushing blocks are fixed onto the rotary rods, the turntables are fixed onto the framework, correspond to the pushing blocks and can push the rotary rods via the pushing blocks so that the turntables and the rotary rods can simultaneously rotate, the tile lifting mechanism comprises a lifting plate, two cams and lifting rods, the two cams are symmetrically arranged on the framework and are connected with the lifting plate by the lifting rods, and the lifting plate can be driven by the cams via the lifting rods to ascend or descend and is correspondingly arranged on a side of the pushing plate. The pushing and lifting device of the mahjong machine has the advantages that the longitudinal width of the integral pushing and lifting device is greatly reduced, and accordingly the pushing and lifting device is simple and compact in structure and wide in application range and can be used for mahjong tiles with large sizes.
