The neurosurgical negative-pressure drainage support comprises a base. Universal wheels are fixed to the four corners of the bottom end of the base respectively. A sleeve is fixed to the top end of the base. A negative pressure barrel is arranged on the left side of the sleeve. The upper left side of the negative pressure barrel is connected with a connector in a matched mode through a sterilization device and a connection pipe. A pressure gage is fixed to the right side of the connector through a connection pipe. The right side of the pressure gage is connected with a micro suction pump through a connection pipe. The top end of the sleeve is connected with a telescopic rod through a telescopic adjustment mechanism. A steering mechanism is fixed to the top end of the telescopic rod through a bearing pedestal. A locking nut is fixed to the side wall of the steering mechanism. The side wall of the steering mechanism is further connected with one end of an L-shaped support.
