The invention relates to a perineum flusher which comprises a cover body and a spray head, wherein the cover body covers a perineum; the spray head is used for spraying water or/and gas; an inflatable airbag with a seal ring on the surface layer is also arranged on the edge of a cover opening of the cover body; the spray head is arranged in a cavity of the cover body; the positional relationship of the spray head is as follows: when water or gas is sprayed, the water or gas faces the perineum, a discharge opening is formed in the lower part of the cavity of the cover body, and is connected with an exhaust pipe for water draining or exhausting, and the spray head is connected with an inlet pipe for ventilation or water supply.
