The invention discloses a coating-free anti-adhesion absorbent pad and a production process thereof. The anti-adhesion absorbent pad comprises a surface non-woven fabric layer and a functional fabric layer in contact with skins, wherein the non-woven fabric layer adopts non-woven fabrics; the functional fabric layer adopts non-toxic grade polyethylene functional fibers. The process is characterized by carrying out mixing again to carry out secondary lapping operation after carrying out the procedures of opening, carding, cotton blending and lapping respectively and finally carrying out needling operation with a needling machine and ironing and rolling operations. The coating-free anti-adhesion absorbent pad has the beneficial effects that the coating-free anti-adhesion absorbent pad has good absorbability and moisture retention and has the functions of sterilization, bleeding stopping, and the like; the surface layer has the anti-adhesion property, thus avoiding secondary injuries caused by change; the coating-free anti-adhesion absorbent pad is low in price and simple in process and does not need binders.
