A transparent soft rubber pillow is characterized by comprising a soft rubber pillow body, and a plurality of ventilating channels are formed in the top face of the soft rubber pillow body and distributed along the cross section of the soft rubber pillow body. Compared with the prior art, the transparent soft rubber pillow, the material and the preparation method have the advantages that the pillow body is prepared from soft rubber, the ventilating channels are formed in the top face of the soft rubber pillow body, and therefore the weight can be controlled within an appropriate range while breathability is greatly enhanced, and the soft rubber pillow body is high in elasticity and can rapidly return to the original shape under no pressure; by means of a shaping support, it can be avoided that openings of the top ends of the ventilating channels are deformed and closed under pressure and the ventilating channels have no breathability; the soft rubber material has high elasticity, thermal plasticity, good anti-aging performance and higher softness; the material contains no substances harm to human bodies and is safe to use; the pillow made from the material is large in temperature adaption range.
