The method comprises the following steps: collecting rice seeds for germination; sowing in a rice seedling bed; spraying an iron nutrient solution; managing according to a conventional method; selecting and remaining strong and plump-eared rice seeds; selecting and remaining rice with iron content higher than 4mg/100g; continuously growing and breeding; and obtaining high quality rice with rich iron nutrition. Rice cultivated according to the method disclosed by the invention is beneficial to human health, and is pollution-free and safe green food. |
