This cell stack device is characterized in being equipped with a plurality of the cells (100, 200, 300), and in that the cells are electrically connected. This module is characterized in that the cell stack device is stored inside a storage container. This module storage device is characterized in that the module and an auxiliary machine for activating the module are stored in an outer case.
